of support you are looking for. We can then come back and

Audio Visual Butlers are the
senior staff we provide to look after you. Their responsibility
is to assist you in any way possible to enhance your event.
They are competent in the technical area. experienced in the
industry, and will know what needs to be done to make your
event work.
The Equipment Inventory
The equipment inventory covers all the headings listed below.
Our associates are located nationally and even worldwide,
enabling us to enhance our own inventory, ultimately giving
you the benefit of a wide range of options. All you need to
do is make one phone call to Onstage Presentations.
Projected Images
Projected images can be included in your event. We use data
projectors connected to laptop computers to project Power
Point and other presentations, allowing the audience to understand
the presentation more clearly. Motion logos can also be projected
around the room.
We can help you produce dynamic presentations and make sure
they work for you at your event.
Onstage Presentations also own Xenon slide projectors to project
bright giant scenes for filming or events.
Set and Screens
The set and screens often form the backdrop of most corporate
events. There can be one, or many screens with drapes behind
the presenters to maintain the audiences focus, and make your
event more aesthetically pleasing. Scenic backdrops, props,
and white chiffons with coloured lights, can all be used to
enhance the aesthetics of your event
Sound and Lighting
Sound and lighting is an important aspect in all events. First
we will check what the venue has to offer and where cost effective,
incorporate the in house systems with extra equipment required
to produce the desired results.
